An insight on how to reengineer a system’s psychology and attributes, namely individual or group needs and interactions in order to upgrade communication. In Dynamic Equilibrium System we believe the process of System Pattern Re-engineering, either on an individual or systemic approach, presupposes intervention itself. The analysis and re-engineering of a system’s psychology and attributes, namely individual or group needs, rewards, expectations and interactions among system members can contribute to the creation of a more functional, more effective as well as more efficient system.
We intervene to “heal” the System, to make it more effective, more efficient, to bring it to the desired state of Dynamic Equilibrium.
